Ordine del giorno e temi trattati durante l’assemblea:
– Iscrizione all’albo delle associazioni comunali: Il Presidente Ex Prof. Righi Maurizio compila insieme ai presenti il modulo per formalizzare la richiesta di iscrizione dell’associazione all’Albo comunale.
– Gita sociale/Viaggio di fine Aprile inizio Maggio: Abbiamo fatto il punto per quanto riguarda le adesioni raccolte grazie al questionario proposto in merito. Al momento abbiamo circa 14 persone interessate. La destinazione sarà scelta in base alle preferenze definitive (scelta tra Amsterdam/ Barcellona) e in base ai prezzi, sia per il volo che per il soggiorno nella città. Come associazione abbiamo deciso di consultare un’agenzia di viaggi specializzata, e di questo si occuperà personalmente il Presidente Ex Prof. Righi Maurizio.

Abbiamo deciso di indire per lunedì prossimo (23 Gennaio) una riunione del Direttivo (fondamentale la presenza di tutti i membri). Parleremo delle ultime attività e progetti in programma (questionario di “monitoraggio” degli Ex, iscrizione nell’albo delle associazioni comunali ecc…), in particolare della Gita/Viaggio di fine Aprile/inizio Maggio e della settimana linguistica a Londra.
Il Presidente Ex Prof. Righi Maurizio invita i membri del Direttivo alle 10 presso la propria abitazione (sede scelta per la riunione), a Volterra in Via del Boschetto 19 (parcheggiare in Seminario).
Invitiamo inoltre gli interessati alla Gita/Viaggio di fine Aprile/inizio Maggio, e alla settimana linguistica a Londra, a compilare i questionari proposti e disponibili sul sito web e sui nostri social media.
I risultati saranno presi in considerazione durante la riunione di lunedì mattina.
